Policies and Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
InclusEd have high levels of accountability to their stakeholders, specifically:
- Our provision is monitored by referring schools and/or Local Authorities, awarding organisations, parents/carers, and our learners themselves.
- Our staff, contractors, and volunteers hold current Enhanced DBS certificates and are up to date with first aid training.
- Our learners receive bespoke programmes of study that are shared with them and relevant stakeholders, as per our Data Protection Policy and Privacy Notices, and they have access to nationally accredited programmes of learning.

Safeguarding
At InclusEd we take our legal responsibilities very seriously. If a safeguarding issue should be raised, we will take it further. For a child referred by another provision, school or Local Authority, our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) will refer matters up to the key contact and/or the DSL for that setting. For a child who is Electively Home Educated, not on roll at another provision/school and/or not referred by a Local Authority, our DSL will make a referral to the Local Authority Partnership. Please see both the Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy, and the Data Handling and Record Management Policy for more details.
